This apartment had been on the market for 8 weeks before the Landlord contacted us. The landlord had been advised by her management agent to reduce the rent, due to difficulties in finding a tenant. We decorated, staged and re-advertised the property within 5 days. The apartment was subsequently tenanted within one week, achieving a 20% rental increase.
